Brigitte Kay, a chocolatier, moved to Lindsay after completing a marketing plan that showed  the town to be the ideal place for her handmade chocolates.
 A graduate of Georgian College, Brigitte  values the education she received there  citing its excellent instructors.  Brigitte has been operating Elm Creek Chocolates for 8years now, and it is a delight to all senses.

Stepping through the doors at Elm Creek Chocolates, I was enveloped by the delicious scent of chocolate, and amazed at the huge variety of different chocolate creations,and Easter gifts available. Wow! This is THE place for Easter! My daughter loves white chocolate,and I was pleased to be discover mint meltaways in White Chocolate! Elm Creek Chocolates offers a wide variety candies but the true treasure here are Brigitte's hand made Belgian Couverture chocolates and candies from Rosewater Turkish delight to Truffles, and Meltaways.
