Service Excellence In‐Action 2012

Kawartha Lakes Mums, have you received excellent service from a local business? Nominate them for a Service Excellence In-Action Award!

 Kawartha Lakes Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre  aka KLSBEC is looking for comments and stories from customers of local businesses identifying their service excellence experience. These businesses will be nominated for the Service Excellence In-Action awards.

During Small Business Week on October 19th, three businesses from within the City of Kawartha Lakes will be chosen as the top business for Service Excellence In-Action from among the nominees. There will be three territories to be nominated from within the City of Kawartha Lakes, described as southern, central and northern regions.

At the time of nomination, every business nominee will be recognized with a "Customer Service In-Action" notice that can be posted in their establishment.

Each nomination will require the name and address of the business, and how the business provided Service Excellence In-Action. Those submitting nominations will be required to provide their name and contact information to verify the nomination and to be entered into a prize draw ($50 value).

A group of secret shoppers has been recruited to visit each of the nominated businesses in hopes of re‐creating the same Service Excellence In-Action experience.  Watch for our posters throughout the City of Kawartha Lakes or visitwww.advantagekawarthalakes.com for more information.
