Lindsay Ribfest Great August Kawartha Lakes Family Fun!

Kawartha Lakes Mums - did you know Lindsay Ribfest is much more than great eats? August 15 to 18th families can enjoy live music, plus other fun activities in Victoria Park Lindsay.
Here is a brief list of some of the fun headed your way in August! Make sure you save the date and watch for updates!

• Aug. 15 opens at 5pm - 12am close - HD Outdoor Movie night - still polling but it's a dead tie between The Goonies and The Princess Bride. 
• Aug. 16 10am-12am - Rib eating contest with 91.9 BOB FM - may happen 
• Aug. 17 McDonald's will be giving away free coffee - Bands are Stacey Maroske, Blue Sky, Acoustica - more TBD. 
• Aug. 17 10am-12am - Lazy Day Boat Poker Run - Bands - The Daniel Mager Band, Montana Sky more TBD. 
• Aug. 18 Local Organic Farmer's Market, Backyard Cook-off, awards ceremony and bands TBD. 

All weekend they will have a VIP Tent for ticket holders and sponsors where Muskoka Brewery and Kawartha Country Wines will be holding pairings with samples from vendors and local restaurants. Red Bull will be coming with their events crew and Red Bull mini and giving out free product - date(s) TBD. The Durham Radio Summer Cruiser will be onsite, likely Saturday, broadcasting live for a couple of hours. Tunes will be going all weekend long when the bands are changing they will  have a recorded playlist playing music.
