Mother's Day can be a very sensitive issue for many families who do not have traditional mothers. I discovered this wonderful free 10 page printable while searching for a card for my sister, and thought you would like it too.
The creator of this FREE 10 page pdf is a teacher in the USA who blogs at Teacher Happiness, and sells her creations on  Teachers Pay Teachers, a site where teachers and homeschoolers can buy and sell the resources they create. The 10 page download includes black and white templates with a variety of options:

1. Sweet and Simple: Print double-sided cards,fold in half, children just write a message, decorate, and deliver!
   
2. Add a Photo: Just a few extra steps,add a photo of a child inside the heart
   
3. Dress it Up: Cut out card templates, decorate,write a message, and glue to coloured paper or even a scrapbook to make a gift.
