Mmmmm! Thinking of that lovely home baking gets me to thinking: What are some of your favourite Christmas treats to bake?
I try to make lots and lots of recipes with coconut. Why? It helps me keep my waistline trim. No, it is not a magical slimming ingredient found only in coconut, it's just that I've never really acquired a taste for coconut. Now chocolate.... that's another story!
