The fourth annual 30 x 30 Nature Challenge begins May 1st. It's time to get outside!

Nature is calling!
It’s that time of year again!
Time to answer the call of nature and sign up for the 30x30 Nature Challenge.
 Last year, over 15,000 Canadians answered the call, pledging to spend 30 minutes in nature every day for 30 consecutive days in May. And it made a big difference! Afterward, most reported feeling healthier and happier thanks to their new nature habit. So sign up now!
The challenge starts Friday!
And don’t worry — getting your nature fix is easier than you think! You can watch and share this fun video for motivation and inspiration. Once you sign up, share your stories and photos on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram using the hashtag #NatureIsCalling.
Photos will be entered into a weekly contest for great prizes! Be sure to register your family or business today!
