Kawartha Lakes Health Unit Continues September Youth Mood Walks!

Halliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge Health Unit is continuing its Thursday afternoon Mood Walks in the month of September. Free transportation is available from Lindsay Library to the Ken Rei Conservation area.
Mood Walks are a province wide initiative to increase the Mental and Physical Health of Young Adults.

Here are the details released by Haliburton Kawartha Lakes Pine Ridge Health Unit.
LINDSAY: Mood Walks, Thursdays, September 1,8,15,22 29 4:25-5:30 pm, Ken Reid Conservation Area (277 Kenrei Rd.) in Lindsay. Explore local trails on these Mood Walks geared to youth and young adults (ages 14-29 years).
For free transportation to conservation area, meet at Lindsay Public Library at 4:10 pm. Call (705) 324-2596 or email moodwalksckl@gmail.com for more details.
