The following fun event just East of Lindsay, south of Bobcaygeon , and north of Omemee takes place on Emily Creek tomorrow. Call ASAP to let them know you will be there!May 12, 2012: Emily Creek BBQ and Canoe/Kayak Day. Come out and enjoy a day of fun at the Emily Creek Wetland Property!! Kawartha Heritage Conservancy is hosting its annual BBQ at Emily Creek this year. Spend some time with co-volunteers and land owners and get out on the beautiful Creek to enjoy the outdoors on a lovely May afternoon.
What time: Saturday, May 12 - BBQ starting at 1130am; Canoe/Kayak starting at 1:30pm, ending around 3 or 4
What to bring: lunch/food for the BBQ, canoe/kayak, life jackets, weather appropriate clothing (if you don't have a canoe or kayak please let us know asap so we can make sure there is enough for everyone)
