My business is called Ashley Tough Photography. I am a resident in a small town just outside of Lindsay. I focus on Portrait photography; however I offer other photography services as well. Photography has always been a passion of mine. I have always been intrigued by what I see behind the lens. I am blessed to have the opportunity to capture Life, Love, Family, and all the moments that bring great joy to our lives. This business venture has allowed me to meet some wonderful people and also to explore the community around me. Every session with me is as unique as the individuals that I am photographing. I value capturing the true moments as well- the hugs, the laughs, the kisses, the smiles, the love. Custom Photography is a way to get the portraits that you want- that you will not get at any department store. I hope you enjoy my site, my stories and the photos that I share with you!
Engagement Sessions- Working with a couple while they are on their journey towards the ultimate commitment is such a pleasure. This session is a wonderful opportunity for me and the couple to connect in an easy going setting to showcase their love, free of a timeline or anxious guests.
Weddings - After many months of planning and days of preparation, the wedding day itself is over in a flash! The day is a whirlwind of people, nerves, hair & makeup, traditions, food, tears of joy, laughter and dancing.
It is my job to photograph the things that you miss while you are enjoying your special day. My goal is to provide you with images that do so much more than share a pretty picture of how nicely you smiled and what you wore. It is to share your wedding in a story- the laughter and tears of your guests- the joy and emotion of those closest to you, every detail of your special day!
Maternity Portraits- portray the memory of a unique period in your life, a period rich in anticipation, joy, beauty, and a tiny bit of fear. My goal is to capture the essence of that period through unique and memorable portraits that show the joy, the emotion, the love and even any nervousness you may be feeling. As a mother of two I know the vast range of emotion you are feeling at the time of pregnancy, and to be able to share these intimate moments with my clients and capture them in a photograph is an incredible responsibility and a true privilege.
Events- A special event includes a combination of formal and candid portraits as well as coverage of the many details of the event. I can provide coverage of the following events:
Anniversaries, Family Reunions, Retirements, Corporate gatherings, Sporting Events, Fundraisers, Bridal Showers & any other unique event special to you. Every detail of your special event should be remembered
Infant & Toddler Portraits-The first weeks of your child's life are the most amazing, and will be over before you know it. Let me capture those features that you sit and stare at for hours on end after your baby is born. Have portraits taken of your newborn, so that when they are going off to college, your transported back to the time when you were holding them in a bundle in your arms. This little newborn will be a busy toddler before you know it, at which time I can capture photos of them walking, and capture their personality as well as their image.
