Kawartha Lakes Seniors Explore New Hiking and Biking Techniques

Lindsay Kawartha Lakes June 2014 June 4, 5, and 7 Seniors are taking a hike or a bike along the Kawartha Trans Canada Trail in Lindsay starting at Fleming College June 4, 5 or 7th.
Seniors are being encouraged to join in the outdoor fun brushing existing walking or cycling skills or learning something new – experience riding an electric bike, large tricycle or using poles to walk. ALL this is FREE- refreshments are provided.

We had a tricky time tracking down info on this event, but finally found a poster about it on the Kawartha TransCanada Trail site. Unfortunately participants had to register by May 23 for this event. We called the number on the poster, but were unable to find out if exceptions could be made for late registrants. If we get more information, we will do our best to update our post.
This promises to be a fun day for all and the event will happen rain or shine
