Kawartha Lakes Mums - Do you bike? Kawartha Charity Riders will host their 5th annual Bernies Burnout Poker Run Saturday May 26th.Registration starts at 8:30 am at Omemee Roadside Diner King Street West Omemee.
Each year a different charitable cause is supported by the Bernies Burnout Poker run. This year Bernes Burnout is simply named Roy's Run,and is dedicated to the memory of Roy who lost a variant battle with cancer last year.Roy's death left his widow Karen Rogers in severe financial straits.
Registration $20 starts At 8:30 am and the ride begins at 10am.
Anne Marie at Roadside Diner is offering two handy breakfast soecials that riders and visititors might enjoy : $5 dollar Western or Peameal on a bun with beverage.
