'I am pleased to join with other businesses in helping  Durham Deaf Services with their dinner by providing fresh greens for salads.'shared Jill, adding 'DDS helps many deaf and hard of hearing people in Durham and surrounding communities.  Providing salad for their special dinner is a very small contribution to a very active hands-on area service, run mostly by volunteers.  I hope their dinner is a spectacular success, creating bigger public awareness of services available through them.

Durham Deaf Services is celebrating their 30th anniversary June 14, 2012 at Life Point Church in Oshawa  from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. DDS,a registered charity, offers educational programs and services including literacy, employment and computer training to the Deaf, deafened, and hard of hearing community in Durham Region.
