Wanted to let everyone know my son and some friends were approached in fenelon tonight by a man with not good intentions , my understanding is there were girl approached at lunch as well. Please make your kids aware, and to be cautious. The description is white male approx 6' brown hair with some grey, right eye is closed or damaged, black sweater, jeans and white runners. He had a Rottweiler with him on a chain leash. He has been reported to police
