 About Psychological Work Place Health 

Each year, one in five people in Canada experiences a mental health problem or illness, costing the economy over $50 billion annually. To help Canadian workplaces address this, the Mental Health Commission of Canada and its partners have released a voluntary Standard to help organizations promote psychological health and safety and prevent psychological harm in their workplaces.
