If you do, tag it as spam and delete immediately!There are many versions of this Business partnership email floating around the internet. Most are full of grammatical errors and misspellings, which tip off the recipient almost immediately. Surprisingly,this version is fairly well-written - perhaps some of the scammed money is going into improving the writing skills of the author. However the pattern remains the same:
- A stranger contacts you with a tragic story
- You are asked to send personal information
- You are asked to enter into a partnership involving moving money from another country to your country
- You are promised compensation for completing a bank transaction
