Doug Kennedy Kawartha Lakes Environmental Technologist 

Doug Kennedy is an Environmental Technologist, Managed Forest Plan Approver and Butternut Health Assesor for the MNR and owner of Green Side Up Environmental Services who has been working in the environmental and horticultural industry since 1996 where he ventured into Northern Ontario as a tree planter. Since this time he has not looked back and continues to learn and push forward as a pioneer in the green industy. In addition to founding Green Side Up Environmental Services, Doug is also active in the community. He has served on the City of Kawartha Lakes Environmental Advisory Committee (CKLEAC) and is also an instructor of Soils and Trees and Shrubs at the Sir Sandford Fleming College-School of Environmental Science and Natural Resources
