Kawartha Lakes Mums -Are Your Teens Participating in YES?

May 7, Youth Engagement Symposium aka YES will brings senior high school students to the planning table with professionals in the community to create an event for youth by youth!
Youth Warehouse members at the Boys and Girls Club City of Kawartha Lakes are getting extremely excited for the Youth Engagement Symposium on May 7th 2014.
May 7, 2014, 200 Grade 9 and 10 students across all high schools in City of Kawartha Lakes will attend the day long event.

The theme for YES 2014 is Youth Rights; "We believe youth have the right to know, ask, and learn about issues important to them, so they can make educated decisions and understand options and consequences" - YES committee.

YES will be the closing ceremony for City of Kawartha Lakes Youth Week 2014!
