Kawartha Lakes Mums Please Share This Witness Request!
Kawartha Lakes Police wish to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the theft of money from a “busker” Saturday afternoon.On Saturday afternoon around 1pm, a Lindsay man was playing a guitar on Kent Street West between William Street and Cambridge Street for gratuities destined for the Humane Society. He was collecting donations inside an open guitar case lying in the ground beside him. A male pedestrian kneeled over the guitar case as if to deposit money while the musician was playing his guitar. Rather than making a donation, the "man" stole a large quantity of money and fled on foot.

Sorry, But I do not believe a person doing such a thing deserves to be called a "man' that is a down-right dirty dog.
