Many Kawartha Lakes Churches are offering Christmas Eve Services, but one of the most family friendly might be an early evening come-as-you-are kids pageant with real animals!

What's a Come-as-You-are Pageant?

Children are invited to participate in a 4 pm Christmas Eve service re-enactment of the Christmas story. Come dressed as a shepherd or an angel, or you can use one of their costumes. If you want to join in the pageant, please plan to come a few minutes early -- by 3:30 pm. The director, Lydia Keesmaat-Walsh, will provide some simple instructions.
No lines to learn, nor complicated moves to remember!
Just come, and join in the story.
And... there will be live animals in the pageant.
