Seniors Got Talent Casting Call!

Please note audition time change for Seniors Got Talent. There is only one audition date now. June 28th from 1pm - 430pm!
SENIORS GOT TALENT! Seniors– over 60 – with talent - are invited to the auditions for Seniors Got Talent!!, which will be held at the Academy on June 28th from 1pm – 4:30pm.

The show will be "old fashioned vaudeville" so we need singers, musicians, dancers, comics, magicians - any talent that is entertaining.
On Friday October 2nd, the Academy Theatre will be rocking with some of the finest senior talent that the City of Kawartha Lakes has to offer. Produced by a small group of seniors, all with considerable experience, at the theatre. The event will feature a lunch time show, complete with a box lunch just like the old Harmony Hour!
Also, there will be an expanded evening show with a featured guest artist. A small group of seniors, all with considerable experience in the theatre, are putting this show together to raise funds for the Academy.
Hopefully the senior community of the City of Kawartha Lakes – those over 60 - will volunteer their talent to have some fun and make this show a great success.
