During Meet the Nurse sessions, parents with children up to age six years can meet with a Public Health Nurse,who can weigh the baby, provide breastfeeding support, screen for speech concerns and discuss infant care, growth and development and other parental concerns.
When Are Meet the Nurse Sessions Held?
Haliburton Kawartha Lakes Pineridge Health Unit hosts Meet The Nurse events on a regular basis. Please check regularly for upcoming sessions. Meet the Nurse Sessions currently scheduled include:- LINDSAY: 'Meet the Nurse', Tuesday, April 30, 10 am to noon, Ontario Early Years Centre (Suite 106, 55 Mary St. W.) in Lindsay.
- FENELON FALLS: 'Meet the Nurse', Thursday, May 16, 10 am to noon, Ontario Early Years Centre (12 Water St., Rear) in Fenelon Falls.
- LINDSAY: 'Meet the Nurse', Tuesday, May 28, 10 am to noon, Ontario Early Years Centre (Suite 106, 55 Mary St. W.) in Lindsay.
