| New Support for Kawartha Lakes Caregivers |
Each of the sessions in the Caregiver Information Series features local experts in health care and other areas of interest for caregivers. The series is held at Community Care Village Housing 65 Melbourne St. W., Lindsay. People may attend any or all of the upcoming sessions:
- April 16 - Home & Medication Safety.
- April 30 - Advocating for the Care Recipient.
- May 14 - Healthy Eating (nutritional balance for you and the person you are caring for).
- May 28 - Managing and Planning Ahead (financial, legal and advanced care planning).
- June 11 - Caring for the Caregiver (maintaining your wellbeing).
