There are lots of reasons people need passports, and the passport clinics save a tonne of greenhouse gasses, reduce road repair costs, save on policing, and also give constituents an opportunity to meet with Barry. His dedication and hard work are very much appreciated! Barry will be a hard act to follow - Jamie Schmale has his work cut out for him!]
