Monday May 5th 6pm – 8pm – Conservative MP Barry Devolin will be holding a Passport clinic at Fenelon Falls Legion.  PARENTS OF 15 YEAR OLDS NEED THIS !
To help people leave Canada and help the economy of countries, Barry Devolin devotedly brings passport clinics and a photographer to all areas of our rural riding. This is Barry's fourth Passport Clinic in our riding this month, and he has successfully helped countless people pay the Canadian government for passports over his many years in office! No reservations necessary!

How Soon Do You Need Your Passport?

How soon do you need to leave Canada?  If you get your passport through a Barry Devolin clinic it will be a wait of about 6 weeks, verses 2 weeks through the Whitby office, need to get out of the country sooner? Urgent service can only be done at the Passport Office in the Scarborough Town Centre. For this service, proof of travel is required, and an additional fee is levied.
Here's an insider secret parents will want to know - if you have a child 15 years of age GET A PASSPORT NOW! A child's passport - good for 5 years is $57,  but the minute your child turns 16, you need to pony up $120!

Get Out of Canada Passport Clinic Checklist

Heading to Fenelon Falls Passport Clinic? Make sure you bring the following items with you:

  • Original birth certificate, Canadian citizenship card and/or most recent Canadian Passport (current or expired within one year of published date)
  • Secondary I.D such as Drivers Licence, S.I.N #, Health Card, Old Age Security Card etc.
  • Credit card, money order, or certified cheque for $120 – 5 year / $160 – 10 year Adult, $57 Child – 0 to 15 years of age. NO CASH PLEASE
  • Names, full mailing addresses and phone numbers of two people (not related to you) who have known you for at least two (2) years.
  • First time passport application for a child under 15 years of age? You must bring one proof of parentage document that demonstrates the child-parent relationship such as a long form birth certificate.
  • Applications will be available and there will be a photographer on site for a fee of $15 per person. You are not required to use this service however, pictures are required as part of the application process.
  • A Guarantor, unless you are using the Simplified Renewal Form. No matter how long Barry has known you,he cannot be your guarantor, nor can Barry cannot provide a guarantor. What is a guarantor? A guarantor is a Canadian citizen, 18 years of age or older in possession of an adult Canadian passport issued to them within the last 6 years who has known you for at least two (2) years. A family member or person residing at the same address as you may be your guarantor, provided he or she meets the above requirements. Using the Simplified Renewal Form? A Guarantor is not required for applicants using the Simplified Renewal Form.
